Project Description CCDF/Vouchers This project is taking functionality from the existing system, and moving it into the Automated Client Eligibility System (ACES). The Current Vouchers system is in Oracle Forms, on an Oracle 9i database. ACES is a Java web based multi tier system that runs weblogic and uses Oracle 10G for a data base.
This project is phase II of the conversion effort. The data has been converted into ACES, and some of the vouchers functions are now in ACES. The clients currently have to use both the vouchers and the ACES systems. This project will integrated all remaining vouchers functions into ACES, and may include additional functionality that is not currently supported in the vouchers system.
Role Description Business analyst/system tester Define Requirements for changes and enhancements to ACES. Inputs include:

Testing Support Inputs include:

Development Support Inputs Include: Specification package for enhancements or changes to ACES, Request for clarification of specifications from developers.
Outputs include: Presentation of specifications to ACES team, Examples of expected results using various scenarios, Informal code reviews, Informal unit test reviews, Updated specs. Client Support Inputs include:
Requests from client as to how an ACES business function would work under specific circumstances, Requests from client as to the condition of a class of data, such as payments, case assignments or accounting information.
Outputs include: Emailed answers to specific questions Spreadsheet reports based on SQL queries against the ACES database.
Testing: Able to communicate effectively with a development and business teams and must be able to work well within a group/team. Develop system testing strategies and provide accompanying documentation. Perform Testing including (unit, integration, system, regression) Use SQL to find test cases, analyze results of testing, and create reports. Communicate with clients for User Acceptance Testing. Able to use UNIX batch run line commands. Analyze and Define circumstances of know errors.
