Project Description
-It is necessary for ITSD to utilize the knowledge and expertise of
contract staff with multiple areas of technical and business backgrounds to
support the Missouri FACES application development as defined by the
Childrens Division, Childrens Services. This Project Assessment
Quotation (PAQ) is for contract services to support on-going development of
the Missouri (FACES) pending availability of funds.
Role Description
-The contract staff will report to the ISTD Project Manager and be
responsible for the design and development of Resource and Financial
requirements to support the Federal Statewide Child Welfare Information
System (SACWIS). The contract staff will be expected to utilize their
expertise in system analysis and design and Microsoft Office Products and
be responsible for executing those tasks necessary to satisfy system
development for the ongoing project implementations throughout this
contract period. This includes the analysis, requirements gathering,
testing and implementation of the remainder of the Case Management
deliverable as well as the final deliverable in the FACES system, Resource
and Financials.
