BMC ITSM Technical Analyst (Senior analyst with ITSM product performance/tuning expertise)
Product experience should include significant technical experience in supporting the BMC application suite infrastructure, including application performance tuning and web server technology, Oracle database performance, Distributed Server Option, volume testing, Apache/Tomcat installation/tuning, including basic understanding of large VMWare hosting environment. Expected training above the minimum would include:
