BMC Server Management Client Support Analyst (with Server/Event Management product expertise)
Product experience should include significant experience in supporting the BMC Event Management toolset, including BMC Performance Manager (BPM), BPM Console, BMC Event Manager (BEM), BMC Impact Manager (SIM), RSM, BPM RT Server, Event Adaptors, and BMC Portal. This individual would be working closely and directly with Unisys customers and the expectation would be a more senior analyst. Excellent communication skills would be a prerequisite. Expected training above the minimum would include:
