Project Description
The successful candidate will be working within a Team with the responsibility to:
Work with Team Leads, Client Support Management and Key Business Users in the problem resolution and development enhancement of the HFM Solution
Working with the PM and Team Leads ensure support service level agreements are met in all aspects of the support and where possible improve service and performance of the Team
Assist in developing a global support framework for the GBF Planning and HFM Consolidations solution, that is supported by defined procedures and clear areas of responsibility for primary and secondary contact activities.
Senior Support within Help Desk for HFM and eventually GBF support operations to provide a blended and seamless support Team to the Business
The HFM production environment (with corresponding BRP environment) are stable and periodic releases will be executed as per normal operations. Development, Test and Training environments exist as well. This has recently been upgraded to System 9.3.1 therefore providing the opportunity to take advantage of the environment shared services and synergies of the solution with GBF, such as Web forms, reporting, FDM Essbase Reporting.
It is Pfizer's vision to leverage the integration inherent in Hyperion's System 9 platform for its Planning and an upgraded HFM solution set, providing a global support model, which provides the most efficient support to all Business users. (The combined user base is estimated at 3000 users worldwide)
Global Budgeting and Forecasting (GBF) is the Client Planning solution and is utilizing approximately 25 worldwide budgeting/forecasting business models in Hyperion System 9 Planning ("the models").
These models are expected to meet the unique budgeting and forecasting needs across the divisions and markets worldwide. The deployment schedule was initiated in Feb 2008 and will continue through end 2009.
Role Description
Functional activities will include but not limited to:
Monitor and maintain Hyperion Financial Reports folder structures and reports within the BI+ Workspace
Monitor and maintain Hyperion Financial Web Analysis folder structures and views within the BI+ Workspace
Manage Upstream Submission Process
Ability to setup and maintain Upstream Locations and security related settings
Ability to setup and maintain HFM Web Forms
Ability to write, modify and maintain Essbase Data Load rules
Ability to write, modify and maintain Essbase Report scripts
Ability to write, modify and maintain Hyperion Financial Reports
Ability to write, modify and maintain Hyperion Web Analysis Views and Smartview Dashboards
Ability to write, modify and maintain Hyperion SmartView Reports
Ability to modify and maintain Hyperion Planning smart lists
Participation in the GBF Change Management reviews
Team Leading for onshore and offshore Help Desk Team
Effective Reporting and SLA Reporting for the services provided
